Virquyrox Product Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing Virquyrox products (Department Store, Food, 3C, and Tools). We operate in the United States, and to protect your legal rights, we have established this warranty policy. All products come with a one-year warranty. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

1. Warranty Period

All products sold by Virquyrox (Department Store, Food, 3C, Tools) come with a one-year (12 months) warranty, starting from the date you receive the product.

2. Warranty Coverage

  1. Within the warranty period, products with quality issues caused by non-human factors (such as functionality failures of 3C products, damage to tools under normal use, manufacturing defects in department store products, etc.) can be applied for warranty service.
  2. Food products are only covered for quality issues if unopened and not expired (such as spoilage or damage). Opened food products are not eligible for warranty service.
  3. Warranty services are limited to the product itself and do not cover accessories, packaging, or other consumables.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered by the warranty, even within the warranty period:

  1. Damage caused by human factors (such as drops, impacts, improper use, self-disassembly or modification, etc.).
  2. Wear and tear resulting from normal use (such as tool wear, natural aging of department store products, etc.).
  3. Non-quality issues after opening or using the product (except for food products after opening).
  4. Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, fires, floods, etc.).
  5. Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the product instructions.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. If your product experiences an issue covered under warranty within the warranty period, please contact customer service within 7 days of noticing the issue.
  2. Provide proof: Send an email to service@mail.virquyrox.com, including your order number, clear photos/videos of the product showing the damage, proof of receipt, and a description of the issue.
  3. Customer service review: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If it meets the warranty criteria, we will inform you of the next steps (such as exchange or repair).
  4. Product return: If the product needs to be returned, follow the instructions provided by customer service. The cost of returning the product will be your responsibility. Once we receive and verify the product, we will complete the warranty process (exchange or repair) within 3-5 business days. The return shipping costs will be covered by us after the product is repaired or replaced.

5. Additional Information

  1. You can edit/change order details within 12 hours after placing the order. The final confirmed order details will be used for warranty review.
  2. The warranty only applies to products purchased through official Virquyrox channels. Products purchased through unofficial channels are not covered by this warranty policy.
  3. For products beyond the warranty period, you can contact customer service for paid repair services (specific details will be provided by customer service).
  4. This warranty policy is subject to the final interpretation of Virquyrox. Any adjustments will be notified through official channels.
