Basic Rules

All cancellation and return requests must be approved in writing by our company via the above email. Unauthorized cancellations or returns will be rejected, and any related costs will be borne by you.

Product Inspection and Defect Reporting

1. After receiving the goods, please inspect the items within 14 days. For minor defects or slight stains, contact customer service immediately and provide evidence. Claims made after 14 days will be considered as damage caused by usage.
2. For food items, inspect the expiration date within 24 hours of receipt. If expired or spoiled, report immediately. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Rules

1. Shipping Label Not Created: Full refund, no handling fee.
2. Shipping Label Created (Not Shipped): Refund after a 10% handling fee.
3. Shipped: The order must be refused or signed for before applying for a return. Once the return is inspected and approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
4. Unopened Within 14 Days: Provide evidence of unopened packaging and, once approved, return the item at your own shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Quality Reasons for Returns

Returns within 30 days for non-quality reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect size) must ensure the product and packaging are intact with no signs of use. Provide evidence and obtain approval for the return, and the shipping costs will be borne by you. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns requested after this period or if the product does not meet the return conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Specially customized orders
• Used products or items with clear signs of use
• Discounted products marked "Non-returnable"
• Opened or spoiled food items

Special treatment for extreme quality issues requires written approval.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for quality issues (within 14 days of purchase). You will bear the cost of return shipping. After the inspection is completed, the replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days (shipping costs will be borne by us). For non-quality reasons, the item must first be returned before a new order is placed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the return is inspected and confirmed (refunds will be issued to the original payment method). For delayed refunds, please contact customer service for verification.
